Joy’s House & School For Life Chiang Mai

"Sawasdee Kah/Krub, Welcome to School for Life Chiang Mai"

School for Life Chiang Mai (SFL) was founded and established by Prof. Dr. Juergen Zimmer and Thaneen “Joy” Worrawittayakun in 2003. The school is located in the mountains of Doi Saket, a serene environment in the middle of secondary growth jungle, about 30 Kilometers north of Chiang Mai in northern Thailand. School for life provides a home and education to children in difficult circumstances. Currently 140 such children have found a new home and life here and many more from around Thailand would like to come and join. We are pleased to invite guest visiting children’s aid project. A teacher from School For Life will pick you up from Joy’s house, it’s take around 1 hour to there. Teacher from SFL, they are very delighted to show you how they live there as a family. They are around 120 children are studying and living inside the school on the mountain now. If you would like to visit and help the children please inform us in advance. Helping and supporting to the children’s aid project! We are delighted to give information about what the children currently need in daily and if you would like to help by donating needed things to the children and youngsters also possible and if you have cloth, shoes etc. in your home, we are happy to receive it too.
